Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. Your item must be returned to us in its original packaging at the address we provide. Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturers. For all return inquiries, please email YuniBrain.
Order Changes and Cancellations
After making a purchase, you will have 24 hours to cancel or make changes (sale items are not eligible for cancellation). Beyond that time, your order will already be in process and prepared for shipping; therefore, changes or cancellations cannot be made after 24 hours.
Damaged/Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains missing items, we will be happy to provide a replacement as soon as possible. Please contact our support team to submit a Damaged/Missing Item Claim. When emailing us, make sure to include "Damaged/Missing Item Claim" in the subject line so we can assist you promptly.

If the post office and the carrier confirm that the item was delivered with a specific date, time, and location, we are not responsible for items missing after delivery.
If the carrier or post office cannot confirm delivery, please contact us to report the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible. -
Incorrect Address Provided by Buyer
If the package was delivered to the exact address provided and the address was entered incorrectly by mistake, we cannot be held responsible for this error. However, we strive to care for our customers, so if this happens, we will work with you to ensure you receive your item at a discounted rate. This is subject to the discretion of our customer support team, so we encourage you to double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If you believe you have made an error, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so we can correct it before processing your order.

Refunds
Once we receive your item(s) in the condition specified above, we will process your refund immediately and notify you. Refunds will only be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Once processed, credits typically appear in your payment account within 5–10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you purchased the item with free shipping, you will still need to cover the cost of returning the item.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.
